SHIPPING TERMS Thank you for shopping at Velle Daily. All orders are premium-processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIME • Standard Shipping (Orders under $75): $4.99 | Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days. • Free Standard Shipping (Orders over $75): FREE | Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your official tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES Velle Daily is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards for cosmetics and skincare tools, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or altered.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
